Wayne Dobson's Win or Lose is an original pocket-sized twist on the 'Bank Night' classic plot.
Six chips are shown, each with a different word on the face: MINE, YOURS, SOMETHING, NOTHING, THIS, THAT. Five of these are winning chips, only one is a losing chip. After some fun word play, 'This is MINE and this is YOURS. Or do you want to take what is MINE?' the spectator picks one chip for you (and it is a free choice) and keeps the other five. When their five chips are turned over each one says LOSE. When yours is turned over, it says WIN, and you return the £20 note to your wallet. 'Better luck next time!'
Everything can be examined. It's squeaky-clean and works like a dream. No forces. No multiple outs or memory work involved. Five-second reset. Repeat with a different outcome. With Wayne's clever scripting this is practically a self-working routine with lots of entertaining banter along the way.
