Product Description
Who doesn't like the chance to win some money, especially when you have seven chances and the magician only has one!
This is quite an incredible effect, guaranteed to grab and hold the audience's attention. And lucky us, this is a top-quality version for a flawless performance thanks to our friends at DiFatta.
The performer asks one or more spectators if they want to play a game of chance. The prize is £20. The performer takes a £20 note and slips it into the flat Perspex case and locks it with a padlock. The key is dropped into a glass with seven other keys and mixed up. Here's the challenge: find the right key that opens the lock. And just to be fair the spectator gets seven goes. That right seven! The spectator picks a key out of the glass and tries their chance at opening the padlock. Tension builds as each key is tired and discarded. Finally, the spectator is down to two keys. Surely they'll pick the right key this time? But no; the padlock remains shut! There is one key left which the performer uses to open the lock. After the high-tension performance, the performer can finally relax, take his money back and receive his well-deserved applause. Of course, being a good sport, your volunteer doesn't go away empty-handed.
Don't underestimate the impact of this effect - it slays. Magicians like John Archer have made this effect a regular part of their shows.
At no time does the performer go near the padlock or the key! Everything can be examined. The Lucky Key gimmick is absolutely PERFECT. No manipulation is required and no keys are secretly exchanged. The effect is very easy to perform, leaving you to concentrate on your presentation. It's an effect that can be carried in your pocket but can entertain even the largest of audiences. Video instructions included.
Use banknotes of any value and country, Euros, Dollars etc. Or even a ticket to a local show or football game. Why not a written promise to clean their car or get their shopping or buy them an ice cream? Theme to prize to match your presentation. The banknote holder is made of high-quality crystal clear plexiglass.
Entertainers can drop this straight into their shows. For a church worker, this is a very fun way to illustrate a talk about the choices we have in life. Of course, there is one choice that is guaranteed to make us a winner: saying yes to Jesus.
Lucky you, you've got the chance to own one of the best mentalism routines in magic, The Lucky Key!
Comes complete with: Perspex bank note holder (18.5x9x0.5 cm), brass lock, 3 keys, a presentation box and link to video instructions.
