The deck of cards has two holes punched through every card. The spectator selects one card and returns it to the deck. It's a completely free choice. No forces. No sleight of hand. A chopstick is pushed through the top hole until the whole deck is hanging from the shaft. Slowly, the spectator's chosen card begins to move inside the deck. It swings out and up until it's on top of the deck!
