THE EFFECT
The shackles are examined and chained to the performer's wrists by members of the audience. The performer places his hands into the bag and within moments they are free, tossing the shackles onto the floor!

PRESENTATION IDEAS
There are SO many different ways to present this.
Place your hands in the bag provided or under a borrowed coat for the escape. Alternatively, have your hands secured when they are behind your back, (for a more difficult escape!). No need for a bag as your body covers the secret!
You can free either hand from the shackles and immediately replace them, which means lots of comedy potential. Place your shackled hands into the bag, then bring one free hand out to take a drink from a bottle of water 'It's thirsty work'. Your hand goes back into the bag and both hands are immediately brought out secured to the shackles. 'This is more difficult than I thought!' The chained hands go back into the bag and one freed hand comes out to scratch your nose or give instructions to your assistant 'Hold the bag a little higher.' Back it goes in only to come out once again secured to the shackle.
