Prediction Ball by JL Magic is the ball game prediction effect you can perform straight out of the box.
The spectator is asked if they are a fan of any ball games. Do they have a favourite footie team, do they watch tennis or cricket in the summer? Have they ever played baseball or basketball? The prediction box is picked up and shaken. A ball can be heard bouncing around inside. Can they guess which type of ball it is? Let's try an experiment. A long black card is shown with gold numbers, one to five. The slider is attached, and the spectator picks ANY number. They can change their mind whenever they want. The slider is moved to that number and secured in place with the clip. The card is turned over to reveal the ball game they've selected; it's baseball. What's in the prediction box? The box is opened and a mini baseball is tipped out into the spectator's hands! How did the spectator know! They must secretly be a magician.
