'Love this trick. It’s mind boggling, nearly self-working and just perfect.' David Kibler
'Wow this is quite a trick with a fantastic set of cards. I am shocked at how easy it is to do and how visual it is to see. What a powerful opener that is quick and makes an impression.' Donald Pepe
Like oil and water, these cards refuse to mix. Mix up the red and black cards all you like, but the colours will end up with red on one side and black on the other!
This is what your audience sees. You show three red and three black cards. The cards are fairly mixed, alternating red, black, red, black etc. into a single pile. The pile is turned over and spread out. Incredibly, just like water and oil separate, the red and black cards have separated into two groups of reds and blacks. Don't they like each other? Those watching will demand you to, 'Do it again.' So you immediately repeat it, leaving everybody even more baffled.
Vincenzo DiFatta's version of Oil and Water is a highly visual trick with no suspicious moves. The traditional method requires a lot of practice, but Vincenzo's version is super easy, thanks to the special Bicycle cards that do all the hard work for you. If you can spread a handful of cards, you can perform this card miracle.
Thanks to the included card wallet, you can take this effect with you wherever you go. The online tutorial makes it easy to learn, and you'll be performing this confidently within minutes of learning the method.
If you are a church worker, this magical separation makes a striking illustration for the parable of the Sheep and Goats. "When the Son of Man comes in his glory...he will separate the people...as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.' (Mt 24:31,32) And a warning about forming cliques that exclude people.
Join the generations of card magicians who have included Oil & Water in their professional repertoire. We're sure you'll give a 'slick' performance!
Comes complete with: A set of special poker-sized Bicycle cards, a card wallet to protect your cards and a link to the exclusive online tutorial.
