Four large cards are fanned out and shown to the audience. Each card has the word HATE written on it. A card saying LOVE is added and one of the HATE cards is removed. The cards are squared up and a magic gesture made. When the cards are fanned out the HATE cards have all changed into LOVE cards. (Fig 3).
