EFFECT
The performer shows a red wooden box. He opens the top and bottom lids to show the box is completely empty. He then closes the lids and sliding open a small door on the bottom of the box and a paper streamer magically cascade out of the box. The paper keeps going, and going and going! Soon, a huge pile of streamers forms at the magician’s feet…and this really is no small feat!

PERFORMANCE IDEAS
It's very easy to make this box look like a Bible. Cover it in black paper and add the words Bible to the front and spine. Now you have something very special. A Bible that not only contains words of God's endless love but can demonstrate it. Dan has used this in a junior church setting. 'Some people think that there isn’t much of any real use in the Bible.' He opens the box and shows it's empty. 'But actually, if we read the Bible, we see and feel just how useful delving into God’s word can be and His love overflows.' Now the streamers are produced.
Pass the pile of paper streamers to the kids at the end. They LOVE playing with it!
Dan's also used this in a Halloween magic show in a routine about Ancient Egypt and a missing mummy – using the box as an ancient artefact, then producing a long (very long) mummy’s bandage from it.
