Spirit Slates are can be used in almost ANY type of performance, from serious mentalism to comedy magic and illustrating a message in church. These boards can reveal ANY word, name, card, number, symbol or image. Ask your spectator to:
- choose a card- and a sketch of the card will materialise on the board.
- pick a word from a book - and the word is magically written on the board.
- pick three random numbers - and the boards magically add them up and give you the total
- let the birthday child wave their hands over the boards, and open them to reveal the Happy Birthday message!
The boards do all the work for you. If you can put one board on top of the other, you can do this trick. Their versatility makes this a must-have prop for any entertainer or church worker.

EFFECT
The performer presents two chalkboards that are blank on both sides. The two boards are placed on top of each other, secured by rubber bands and handed to a spectator. A volunteer secretly picks a card. The performer waves a piece of chalk over the boards. When the boards are separated, the name of the card has magically been written on the board. Impossible!
