With this new and improved design, using the streamers has never been easier! A rigid clear plastic shell encapsulates the streamers. Slide the ring on to your middle finger, pull off the cardboard and toss them towards the audience sending a shower of colour into the air. The streamers stay attached to the cup for easy clean up.
