Five black blocks, each with a different colour spot, is handed to a spectator. When the performer's back is turned, the spectator selects one colour and seals the block in a black bag. The four blocks other are put out of sight and the bag is placed into the performer's hands (which are held behind his back). Instantly the performer can reveal the chosen colour. The bag is brought round to the front and opened. The spot on the block is the same colour. Stunning!
Immediately repeat with the same or a new spectator. Everything can be examined before and after, there is nothing to find. The method is undetectable.
Perform as a close up effect with one or two people or on stage to hundreds; the colours are clearly visible to everyone in the audience.
As this can be repeated, it's the go to effect when the performer wants to engage everyone in a group.
