This solid wooden box twists in the middle. Placing your hand into the box, you firmly grasp the metal rod at the end. A volunteer gives the box a quarter turn - the furthest your wrist can turn without breaking. Another quarter turn is the furthest your arm can turn without tearing the muscles and snapping tendons. A final painful half turn takes your arm all the way around, and your hand appears, clearly still grasping the wand. You're gritting your teeth; is it in concentration or pain? Surely your arm is broken? The box is turned back, and the arm is taken out of the box. It's completely unharmed. No need for a medic. This question is, are you a magician or a contortionist?
