How will you present this effect? Place the streamer into a top hat and allow it to cascade out. You can control the speed and even stop it by tilting the brim of the halt. Using a change bag or dove pan allows you to transform a white silk hanky and red paper hearts into this streamer. Switch the paper hearts for Red thumb tip lights and you have something very special, as you catch lights from the air and drop them into the bag.
