"These videos are a perfect discipleship aid for children across many contexts, and from my experience the adults can't help but love them too!” Amy Hayes, Pioneer Evangelist, Church Army
In Lesson #8, Dan teaches us about the sadness felt when Jesus died on the cross, using heart silks and a rip-apart change bag.
LESSON #8 THEME - Sadness
VERSE - 'God showed his love for us. While we were sinners, Christ died for us.' Romans 5:8
EFFECT - The heart silk starts off mixed-up, but transforms into a whole heart. Then more heart silks are produced to illustrate God's endless love for us.
Dynamic Dan explores the theme of sadness, and uses the death of Jesus on the cross to explain that great things can follow sad times. Sadness can lead to feeling broken-hearted, and in this video Dan uses pictures of hearts to show what we might go through and how God can even heal a broken heart.
