This is our comedy version of the classic Three Card Monte, using eggs and chicks instead of cards. It's very easy to do. If you can hold an egg, you can do this trick, leaving you to focus on the fun and your message.

PRESENTATION
On the table are three large egg cups, each with a lid. Lifting the lids one by one reveals two fluffy chicks and one egg, 'This is Pierre. He's a French chick. Bonjour Pierre. And this is Little Bill. He's got that name because he has...a little bill!'
'Let's go on an egg hunt.' The lids are replaced and the three egg cups mixed up. 'Where's the egg?' But when the lid is lifted there's no egg. It's Pierre. 'Bonjour Pierre!'
'Let's make this a little easier.' There's another round using just two egg cups. But when the lid is lifted, there's no egg! Inside is Little Bill who wants to tell an Easter joke.
'Let's make this a little easier.' Now it's just one egg cup with one egg. But when the lid is lifted inside is...Pierre! The egg has totally vanished. 'Pierre, have you eaten it that egg. Come on. Cough it up!'
The egg can't be found, so you open your Bible to read out a verse and the kids start shouting. 'There it is!' After the classic 'Turn-it-around Gag' the missing egg is discovered, stuck to the back of your Bible! The perfect time to explain how eggs symbolise the resurrection.
