EFFECT 1 - VOLUNTEER WINS
The performer invites a volunteer up to play a game of elimination with 3 colourful bags, one red, one yellow and one green.
The volunteer eliminates one bag. It's lifted up revealing an empty glass. Tension builds. A second bag is eliminated and slowly lifted up. The glass underneath is also empty. Hurrah that means the volunteer has won. The last bag is lifted revealing a chocolate bar or a glass full of sweets!
EFFECT 2 - MAGICIAN WINS
There's £20 to win. Which bag is it under? A volunteer selects two of the bags. The remaining bag and glass will go to the magician.
The first bag is lifted, it's an empty glass. The second bag is removed, and that glass is also empty. The final one contains £20, that the magician keeps!

This effect is ideal for discussing the choices we make in life, and the impact they can have. The traffic light colours of the bags - red, yellow and green - can be tied into so many different messages and biblical stories where the choices are Stop, Be Cautious or OK/Go!
