EFFECT
Three cards are shown. Two Kings and one Queen. Everyone keeps an eye on the Queen, as you swap the cards around. Where is she? A spectator points to a card. 'There she is!'. But when the card is turned over it's a King! The Queen has secretly changed places with another card!
Let's do that again. Once again the Queen jumps places. How is she doing that?
One final time the cards are mixed up. Where's the Queen? 'She's there...and there...and there!' Each card has become a Queen! The question now is 'Where are the Kings?'
